V1.2 - Gameboy palette added + More UI
Added a GBStudio friendly 4 color gameboy palette.
Added more UI for all palettes: buttons, frames (tiles to make UI/9-slices).
Updated boards to add position markers (A-H,1-8). This has made the normal boards 16px bigger. For the gameboy palette it is a choice of numbers or board frames, so as to fit within the smaller gameboy screen.
